By this notice, Cruising App LLC, holder of the application Cruising, regulates the use of the application service Cruising, which is offered to the users.
The use of the application and the reading of the exposed general conditions assumes full and express acceptance by the user, assuming full responsibility for the total or partial breach of the provisions of these terms and of the legal and/or judicial actions that may arise as a result of this violation.
Cruising App LLC reserves the right to modify these general conditions, in order to align them with the company’s corporate activities, current legislation, jurisprudential developments, and common market practices.
One can freely access the application and observe its contents. However, access to some sections will require prior registration, expressed and accepted as a registered user of this application, and the user must communicate their personal information by completing the relevant registration.
Also, to register as a registered user, one must accept the terms of use of this application.
The user can upload and post pictures, videos, photographs, voice recordings, and make links. One can also post comments, opinions, drawings, news, and/or stories.
Photos, indexing, and similarity matching. You understand and agree that profile photos and other images you upload may be analyzed using automated tools (including third-party artificial intelligence services) to operate features such as search, recommendations, and similarity-based matching. That includes generating and storing derived data (for example, embeddings or structured descriptions) so your profile can be indexed and compared with others. Cruising uses this to run the product—it is not used to train Cruising’s own machine-learning models from your images. Third-party providers you interact with through the Service may process content under their own terms. Processing may occur on Cruising’s infrastructure and/or through those providers.
All users participating in the operation must necessarily accept and respect the following obligations and standards:
Cruising App LLC will control, moderate, and continuously manage the application’s content and will ensure compliance with the provisions set in these conditions.
In compliance with the Organic Law for Protection of Personal Data, Cruising App LLC, with address: 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, Delaware 19958-3608, United States, states that the personal information you provide as contact details will be included in a file owned by Cruising App LLC to manage the database of users and subscribers.
Cruising App LLC reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend, or terminate the service unilaterally.

The delivery of the services of the application and its operation is, in principle, indefinite. However, Cruising App LLC may suspend or terminate the service without prior notice.
Cruising App LLC may send communications to users via postal address, email, phone calls, or any other media.
All content submitted by users must comply with the terms outlined in this document. If any content uploaded by the user is suspected to be generated by artificial intelligence (AI), Cruising App LLC reserves the right to request further verification and information from the user regarding the origin and authenticity of such content. If the user fails to provide satisfactory verification, or if the content is found to be misleading, deceptive, or violates the terms, it may result in a permanent ban from the platform and removal of the content.
All matters related to the application are governed by United States Law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Delaware.
